Steve Purser, a U.S.C.G. / C.U.A. Licensed and Insured Captain, is a native to south Florida and has been fishing the Everglades for at least 20 years, gaining experience from other guides or on his own. He particularly loves flats fishing and has found ways to catch big fish without traveling into the open ocean, often throwing lures near bushes & mangroves to catch large snook and redfish.
Steve gets excitement, enjoyment & peace from fishing. He's always looking for the next big fish & hope to get that record catch.

The Maverick Mirage 17 HPX-S is described as the "super skinny water tool ever developed," for the sake of getting super shallow. It floats in less than 6" of water, keeping occupants dry and comfortable while polling with precision and stealth.
Destinations
Our Fishing Destinations
Steve has a great love for & specializes in Florida flats fishing, and there's no better place for this than the Everglades in South Florida.
His favorite spot is Flamingo, the southernmost portion of Everglades National Park in Monroe County, where the redfish, tarpon and snook are plentiful.
Steve also enjoys a variety of spots in Broward, Dade & Collier counties such as Chokoloskee Island, Holiday Park, Alligator Alley, and the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal.
